WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME
The standard turnaround time is 3-4 days.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SNEAKER PICK-UP?
To schedule a sneaker pick-up, click on “SCHEDULE A SNEAKER PICK-UP”. On that page you can use the scheduling widget to see the available appointment times we have and book a time that fits your schedule.
CAN ALL STAINS BE REMOVED FROM MY SNEAKERS?
As a trusted and responsible sneaker cleaner it is our duty to inform our customers that some tougher stains may not be completely removable. While this is rare, we will always inform our customers of the risk prior to proceeding.
Will A SNEAKER CLEANING GET RID OF THE YELLOWING ON MY SOLES?
No. To get rid of yellowing on soles they need to go through a restoration service called sole de-oxidation (better known as sole de-yellowing). We offer the sole de-yellowing service on both rubber and clear soles.
CAN I DROP MY SNEAKERS OFF INSTEAD ON HAVING THEM PICKED-UP?
Yes. You can drop off your sneakers at 21-06 Newtown Ave. Astoria, NY 11102
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE PICK-UP DELIVERY SERVICE AREA?
If you live outside of our pick-up service area you can mail your sneakers to us for a sneaker cleaning. You can learn more about our mail-in service here.
