HOW THE MAIL-IN PROCESS WORKS
STEP 1 - CHECKOUT
Add your sneaker cleaning service(s) to your cart and check out. After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with our shipping address.
Pack your sneakers, include your order number in the box, and ship them to us. We will notify you once we receive your package. Turnaround time is 7 days from when we receive your package.
STEP 2 - SHIP
Once your cleaning is complete, we’ll email you before-and-after photos. When your sneakers ship back, you’ll receive your return tracking information.

Mail-in Services
Deep, detailed cleaning of the uppers, midsoles, outsoles, and laces. Focused on tough stains and deep-set dirt. Price includes return shipping.

Weekend Ritual is not responsible for lost packages associated with mail-in services to or from clients. It is recommended that clients consider insuring their packages or utilizing tracking services to minimize the risk of loss during transit.
