HOW THE MAIL-IN PROCESS WORKS

1. Ship your sneakers to:

2. Fill out the form below so we know your package is on the way and we can keep an eye on the tracking info.

3. When your sneakers arrive we will notify you.

4. After we clean your sneakers we will send you before and after pics along with an invoice for the cost of your sneaker cleaning and shipping back to you.

5. Once your sneakers are shipped we will send you the tracking info.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an extra fee for mail-in orders to pay for shipping and handling back to the client. The price of shipping and handling depends on where you live. Shipping fees will be calculated and added to your invoice. Please send sneakers without the sneaker boxes.

Weekend Ritual is not responsible for lost packages associated with mail-in services to or from clients. It is recommended that clients consider insuring their packages or utilizing tracking services to minimize the risk of loss during transit.
